BabyLog is a self-tracking and information tool. It is not a medical, legal, or financial advice service. For health, legal, or financial decisions, consult a qualified professional.
BabyLog is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
If the app offers subscriptions or one-time unlocks, they are sold through Apple's StoreKit under Apple's standard terms. Refunds are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where applicable, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to circumvent the app's in-app purchase system. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your right to use the app if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Lumenly agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute.
